I found the breakfast to be great and included fresh fruit and juices. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The city views from the room were very nice.

The gym had limited equipment, a slight drawback for extensive workouts.

The breakfast was fabulous. All staff were friendly.

I discovered an odd issue with the room tax at checkout. They rebilled us for two nights even though we had already paid, very unnerving.

charmed by the city

amazing view friendly staff

the room was immaculate with amazing views.. food and service from all the staff was really very nice. i will definitely return. the friendly staff even surprised me with a birthday cake and bubbly when they noticed my passport at check-in.

the gym barely has any equipment.. it was smaller than expected for such a large hotel. also, the air conditioning did not keep the room cool, a bit uncomfortable .

the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a single weight machine. that machine wasn't working . the hotel only provides coffee pods for the first night of your stay. it seems a little cheap, though, the location was perfect!

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully provided a daily bottle of water. port and chocolates. I found the staff consistently helpful and providing excellent service. The adjacent mall offers diverse dining options , which was very convenient after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel decor felt slightly old-fashioned.

friendly staff breakfast buffet poor air conditioning fan mode

i found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had many options and was very good. i am thankful for the nice service.

the air conditioner don't work well in the entire hotel. my friends had the same problem with their room, and i were told that the air conditioner mode haven't started yet because it is spring. the air conditioner seem to be on fan mode only.
